This form is for first time applicants only. If you are a renewing member, please go to Renew Your Membership. Dues for new members are determined by the month joined and run from July 1 to June 30 annually. Please refer to the table below when selecting the membership level you wish to join. Membership levels are based on the year an individual was admitted to the bar. MWL also offers additional membership levels to fit a variety of circumstances:

- DL, SL or EL - Premier Memberships support MWL at the highest level. Each level includes a package of annual benefits. Visit Premier Membership for complete details.
- SC - Special Circumstances are for individuals who cannot afford the basic dues level. Minimum SC dues scholarship is $15.
- NM or R - Non-metro or Retired individuals living outside the seven-county metro area, or for retired attorneys & judges.
- LS or LI - For law students, or for low-income members (members who make less than $50,000/year).
- AS - Non-Attorney Associates (members who are not attorneys but wish to support MWL's mission) This is a non-voting membership.
